Energy! is a wellness program for employees of small businesses that are members of the Boone, Blowing Rock, or Avery Chambers of Commerce.  The program is designed and managed by the Appalachian Regional Healthcare System, supported by Watauga County Healthy Carolinians, and made possible by a grant from the NC Office of Rural Health. 

The 2011-2012 Program year has ended. Recruiting for the 2013 program year will begin late October of 2012.
